I live in a fairly large city but every single time I try to order from Drizly there’s only a “get it later” option for the following day. It’s early afternoon and I can’t have beer or wine delivered for today?
Deleting the app.

Off broadway. Colorado Always does a great job! Processes the order quickly. Never a long wait. I frequently get helped by Ernesto. Such great customer service. discovered Drizly App By accident when Covid started. Use it all the time. What a great convenience. I’ve never had a bad experience. And what a time saver! pricing is competitive Thanks Off Broadway and Ernesto!

They were over one hour late - they adjusted the tip - they doubled it - took them over 3 days to respond - will never use this delivery service ever again - you are so much better off with Grubhub, Instacart or DoorDash

I will never use them again - and think they are the worst in customer service

Ordered one bottle of liquor from Drizly. The store I ordered from is 6 minutes away and I've been there before myself. It was later at night so I ordered, but it's been an hour and nothing. I see a little bit later that the driver is in various places for 20 minutes at a time, in the opposite direction from my house. and the store is 6 MINUTES AWAY!! i contacted customer support with screenshots of where the driver was located in the app. Support said let them know if the delivery took over an hour so I did. but no response afterwards? It took an hour and a half for a delivery to arrive at my doorstep. i wouldve just gone to the store if i knew this was going to happen. Unless you're desperate, I would not recommend and this would be the last resort.

I used drizly to send gifts to clients or staff. Somehow they decided I was creating multiple accounts (?) to use coupon codes and deleted my account forever. This happened to one of my friends, too. What an insane business model to lock peoples accounts if they're using coupon codes, I think i used a $5 coupon code i found through a google chrome plugin once or twice, I'm assuming that's what they found. No clue. 0/10 would recommend this service.

Ordered $60 worth of liquor. Waited on my porch during the window of delivery. No one came. Driver said they came and left after waiting 10 minutes. I was waiting the whole time. They returned the order to the store (according to them) and drizly support gave me an automated initial response saying something like "sorry for the delay, here's $5 credit". I asked for a refund and never heard back. Contesting the charges with my bank now.

We placed an order with this app today and were completely ripped off. They made us meet a minimum delivery for the order and then not only never delivered it, but have also been ignoring our request for refund/cancelation. What a total rip off. Never ever use them.

***UPDATE: As soon as we published the bad review the order was magically picked up and out for delivery even though we requested for it to be cancelled several times a few hours before.

I use this app without reading the reviews, I read the reviews after I place a $172 order I was nervous cause they had a lot of bad reviews but my outcome was pretty good the driver was on time and they had everything I needed I will be using this app more ofeten

They used to be great. Had an issue one time before and I got an immediate response and it was handled. Not now. I ordered last night and was told 45 minutes. Driver called and told me she couldn't find the box to punch in the gate code. I told her it is at the gate you walk through. Still nothing. I called her and she was stuck driving around inside where there is no guest parking. I told her I'd walk to the front of the complex and meet her there. I stood out there for 25 minutes and she never came or answered my calls. I tried three times to contact Drizly with no response. I checked my bank account this morning and there are 2 charges still. One is for her tip LOL. Went on the app again and it says it was delivered at midnight. Tried to contact them again and STILL no response. It's disappointing because this was a great app and the service was good. Not anymore

I recently used the drizly service and found it unsatisfactory. They failed to deliver two separate gift orders with a price tag of over $400. They sent confirmation emails that the items were delivered but upon following up with the recipients they never received the items. One recipient did receive a bottle of red wine but a specific bottle of whiskey was requested. Upon liasing with customer service they refunded me one item but due to the delay in respondence on the first order they refused to give me a refund. They were notified of the missed delivery as soon as possible. They incorrectly informed me on two separate occasions that the items were delivered correctly when upon investigation was untrue. Save yourself time, hassle, and money and go to the liquor store yourself. Do not use this service.
